Schecter omen 6 white & omen 6 extreme

It’s a rare event that i manage to lay my hands on  brandnew guitars wich have quality written al over it,  the
extreme was even chosen by the magazine guitar one as being the best guitar available in that price range
and beating more expensive guitars.
Though both guitars look te be made by using the same
template there are essential differences.
The omen 6 white has an unfinished neck with dotmarkers  and a
basswood body without binding.
The omen 6 extreme has a highgloss finished neck with V
shaped  fretmarkers (vector) and binding, mahogany body with
a maple top and a coiltap possibillity.
New the extreme is for around 340 euro for sale in the shops
and the more basic omen 6 for 300 euro, with that small price
difference and al you get more  the extreme would be an easy
choise for me.
Also is the rosewood they used for the fretboard of the extreme
of a higher grade than that used on the white omen 6, the white
omen is heavier than the extreme and also a little bit rougher
finished around the fretedges.
Both are great players but the extreme still wins. Feels a lot
Smoother and al that more for just a 40 euro more, these
chinese sure know how to build a guitar.
These guitars are brandnew, there is not even the slightest
playwear visuable, the extreme has a few minor transport
schratches on the back but that’s all.
