Brandless rickenbacker model this time, own this one for quite some time, several years, but somehow
forgot to add this one to the site.
Bought as a wreck, complete with imitation bigsby, but that’s all, someone had done a refin with a paintbrush
and decided that it was a good idea to sand it partly of
So had a lot of work on this one, stripped it, made it smooth again ,refinished it and finally assembled it.
The used knobs belong on a park or marshall amp but they look good on it, the typical double scratchplate
was missing just like the trussrodcover, so i needen to manufacture these myself.
It’s a plywood guitar with fairly microphonic pickups but still has that typical rickjangle, i was pleasantly
suprised, playabillety is okay, not a top end guitar but not bad at all.
Because rick copy’s are hard to get by because of the strick policy of rickenbacker concidering copy’s i’m
happy i found one for the collection.
