Lindberg jazzbox(hoyer)

A 50’s lindberg jazzbox with a rellog pu, in greatcondition, i love the striped headstock.

really a good quality guitar with  cut massive top and back.

Used to be a wellknown brand i in germany, even Elvis Presley used a lindberg guitar while he was in germany during his service.

And he was not exactly unknown at that time.

The pickup is a later addition and due tot the used oldfashoned big potmeters the scratchplate is al little bit to high for comfort.

But a good player and great sounding, the wear of the paint on the bakc of the neck is proof of that.

Now i know these guitars were made by Hoyer, a german brand wellknown for their high quality instruments.

It is a modified version if their wellknown “Herr im Frack” guitar, special made for the lindberg music shop in Munich.
