A guitar made by melody in the 60’s a small unknown builder, who made good guitars and was connected with EKO. The only weak point is the neck, almost all melodys i have ever seen had cracks in the lenght of the neck, just like at this one. This one i sold to the guitarmuseum of lordbizarre in Leuven (Belgium), for me he had to many problems, like a cracked neckpocket. They solved that by glueing the neck in the body by construction glue, only problem you can not adjust the neckangle anymore to make it a good player again. For me it’s important all guitars are playable that’s why i sold it on to lord bizarre for his guitar museum in a musem is the condition less important than the fact that they have one, and it’s a rare one that’s for sure. |
