A frankenstein strat made by yours truly, it’s build out
of a neck of a ibanez RG and the body and hardware
of a Vision stuperstrat
The Vision i bought deadcheap and coming home i
discovered why, the neck had a rising tongue an was
completely unusuable.
It took some more time than i expected due to the fact
the body is from a 24 frets guitar, and the neck is a 22
frets neck.

so the scale was way off, needed to move the bridge luckely it’s a hardtail so no big problem. |

But done that it looked horrible the pu’s were in the wrong place, so i needed to move those too, doing this i discovered the body is made of some kind MDF, designed a scratchplate and placed the middle pu offset in it. |

Now it looks nice and plays even good a good starter, but that’s all, nothing for in my collection, but it was a nice learning experience. |
