took care of this failed do it yourself guitar, when i bought it it was purple and with only one humbucker, luckely a dimarzio, with a bad and uneven paintjob.

And single pickup guitars are not my thing.

The next thing to do was to ad on a hole for a additional

humbucker in the neck positiion.

After that i spraypainted him black but that was not really of

my liking.

So i took drastic measures and this is the result, a hefty

(4.5kg/ 6 lbs) superstrat with 3 dimarzio humbuckers.

The body is made out of one single piece of (unknown) wood and is heavy what is good for the sustain.

The neck has an ebony fretboard, the first guitar i own with this and i like the smooth feel of it.

The neck profile is slightly square but has a good feel to it.

The center humbucker is switchable by a microswitch im still searchin for a 5 position rotary switch, because the current solution is not that elegant and practical, the bridge pickup is splittable due to a push/pull tonepot.

The finish worked out nicely and i’m very content with it, it’s a pitty that after a while there apeared bubbles in the paint on the back, thank god this didn’t happened on the front.

I couldn’t find any information on spacer by camac on the net exept that camac builds harps, maybey they tried to open another market for themselves at some time?
