brandless german ES model (astro?)

A very nice german lady, who had a rough life, better said a neglected life, proberly been laying around on a attick after the frets wore down too much.
He has serious fretwear on th top of the neck but still is good playable, the finish has aged beautiful, nicely cracked which gives him loads of mojo.
My suspection is it’s a Astro, mainly because all the hardware except the tuners, is the same as on the astro i already own for a few years (these pu’s were also on the astro when i got him but they were broken so i replaced them for humbuckers)
And to my amazement all the potmeters work without any noise very unusual on a guitar that has been treated bad like this, the guitar was extremely dirty when i bought it, a real dirtbag.
Coming home i cleaned it polished it and restrung it, that’s when i discovered that someone has been messing with the neck angle, there was a thick piece of plastic in the neckjoint, what offaset the neck in a way it looked like a bow and arrow.
I used a smal piece of it in the right spot to get the angle right again and now it’s a good player again.
The neck pu sounds nice and jazzy and the bridge pu has a unexpected bite and edge, these pu’s were made by schaller if i’m not mistaken.
Again a good fleamarket find which made my day.
If anybody can identify this guitar, please, tell me i’m curious to know it’s real origin.

aria 1803T

A early aria(1971/1975) model 1803t, startlike with a offset body and unusual pickups, plays good and sounds full and creamy nice for blues and jazz.

I bought this guitar in ugly but complete condition, he was painted in hammerite, even the neck, so it was a bad player.
Comming home and stripping it i discovered why they painted the neck, it has been broken, this was repaired sturdy but ugly, so i had to refinnish the neck too knowing these guitars only had clearnecks.
I prever to keep guitars as close too original as possible but there was no other way in this case, and the guitar was cheap.
The toggle switches neede replacing but further no issues on this one, he has great versatility in sounds.
I need to adjust the tremelo better now when i release it fast you hear a loud klunk.
I refinnished him in a deep metallic black, the metallic is almost not visuable but it’s there ,very subtile.
Again a Matsumoku guitar in the collection.
